colors!
Here you go, more progress pics. I am really enjoying the working on the white(ish) wood with bright colors.

the birth of venus
I finished! I have yet to scan this painting. This (instagram) picture really doesn't do the colors justice. I used my new neon oil paint on her cloth, and for the reflections in the water. It really glows in person.
I like the drips in this one. This is the sort of texturing I used to do on my paintings, I'm thinking of utilizing that more in the paintings to come.
